What Tawkify Costs - And What You Get For It

Tawkify's public pages give one starting point and no full price list, and the figures in circulation do not line up. Its January 2026 blog post puts the Basic package at around $6,000, while independent reviews report roughly $4,400 to $4,900 for three matches and about $15,000 for twelve. The price is only half the question, though: what matters just as much is what a package counts as delivered, and what happens when it isn't. What Tawkify charges, according to Tawkify and everyone else

Tawkify prices by the number of matches and the scope of the search, and confirms the figure in a conversation rather than on a price list.

Tawkify's FAQ says pricing depends on the features and the number of matches, mentions Premier packages without figures, and offers a start with three or six hand-selected matches. Its blog breakdown of matchmaking packages, published in January 2026, lists three tiers: Basic covers 6 to 12 curated matches over six months and starts at around $6,000, while Select (12 to 18 matches over twelve months) and Premium (unlimited matches over twelve months, with concierge support) are described in general terms, without figures.

Independent reviewers report figures in the same territory. Nexspark reports about $4,400 to $4,900 for three guaranteed introductions and roughly $15,000 for twelve. Innerbody (January 2025) reports pre-set packages from $4,900 to $15,000 across three to twelve matches. It also says customer support told its reviewers that the higher "Premier" tier runs $50,000 to $70,000; Tawkify does not publish that figure.

Photofeeler's review notes that, according to the company, packages are customized by the number of matches and the scope of the search. There is also a low-cost, database-only membership with no dedicated matchmaker and no guaranteed matches. Sources quote its price several ways ($9.99 a month, $9.99 a year, $99 a year), so we won't give a number.

The practical conclusion is the same either way: treat every public figure, including the ones here, as an estimate, and get the number in writing before you decide.

What the fee covers at Tawkify

Tawkify's FAQ describes a dedicated matchmaker who learns your preferences, a search of its network, criminal-record and video screening of matches, custom date planning, and feedback after each date. Nexspark adds that the format is blind: you receive a verbal description, not a photo, before you meet.

On payment and refunds, Tawkify's Terms of Use (updated June 8, 2026) say full payment is due at purchase unless your Service Agreement says otherwise, that installment options may be offered, and that purchases are non-refundable unless your Service Agreement states otherwise or state law requires it. The FAQ says Tawkify accepts only clients it believes it can match, or money back, and the blog says that if it misses the promised number of introductions, it works with you to make it right. The Service Agreement you sign decides which applies, so it is the part worth reading before the price.

Tawkify and Velin Privé, side by side

The two models sell different things: Tawkify sells a set number of matches at a price confirmed with a representative, and Velin Privé sells a membership period with a stated range of introductions at a price published on its site.

The columns describe different products, and neither wins every row: a guaranteed count is a real protection, and a published price is a real convenience.

What actually determines value

Price per introduction is the easiest number to compare and the least informative one. Five things change what a fee is worth.

Cost per introduction

At the entry point reviewers report, $4,400 to $4,900 for three matches works out to roughly $1,470 to $1,630 each; twelve matches at $15,000 is about $1,250 each. Velin Privé's tiers come to about $460, $437 and $414 per introduction, at the maximum of each range. The catch is in that last phrase: our count is "up to", theirs is described as a guarantee, so if you receive fewer than our maximum, our cost per introduction rises. The formats differ too, so treat this as arithmetic, not a verdict.

A guaranteed count or an honest range

The guarantee reviewers describe at Tawkify is a genuine commitment, and for some people it is exactly the point of paying. We do not guarantee a number, because introductions depend on compatibility, availability, timing and mutual interest, and we would rather not let a count become the goal. What we offer instead: if the search has not found the right person by the end of the term, the collaboration is extended by two months, and a mismatched introduction does not cost you anything toward your membership.

Who is doing the work

Both services assign a dedicated matchmaker. Caseload is what separates a name on a contract from real attention. At Velin Privé each matchmaker works with five or six clients at a time. We did not find a caseload figure on Tawkify's blog or FAQ, so it is a fair question to put to them. Ask any agency, ours included, before you pay.

What a success rate counts

Tawkify's FAQ and blog cite an 80% figure without saying, on those pages, what qualifies; one review describes it as based on client feedback. Ours is 84%, and it counts only members who entered an exclusive relationship of at least six months with someone we introduced, measured against every member who accepted at least one introduction. Who gets in

Tawkify's FAQ says it accepts only clients it believes it can match. Velin Privé's membership is likewise subject to application review, and budget alone does not buy admission: if a prospective member's standards and requirements do not align with the network's, they are not admitted at any tier. The fee buys a considered process, and access to a network filtered on values and a genuine drive to grow, not access to a particular person.
