SAFETY & REPORTING

    Safety & Reporting

    Introduction

At Velin Privé, discretion, respect, consent, and personal safety are fundamental to every introduction we facilitate.

We are committed to maintaining a trusted private network in which every member is treated with dignity. This page explains our safety standards, who may use our services, how to report a concern, and what happens after a report is submitted.

    Adults Only

Velin Privé is exclusively available to individuals aged 18 or older.

By submitting an application, joining our network, or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We may request additional information or documentation where reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.

If we become aware that an applicant or member is under 18, their application or access will be rejected or terminated.

    Our Safety Standards

We expect all applicants and members to communicate and behave respectfully, honestly, and lawfully.

The following conduct is not permitted:

    • Harassment, intimidation, threats, stalking, or abusive behaviour
    • Discrimination, hate speech, or degrading treatment
    • Impersonation or providing deliberately false information
    • Fraud, scams, financial solicitation, or requests for money
    • Sharing another person's private information without permission
    • Recording or distributing private or intimate content without consent
    • Sexual pressure, coercion, exploitation, or any non-consensual conduct
    • Prostitution, trafficking, or facilitating illegal sexual services
    • Promoting violence, illegal activity, or dangerous behaviour
    • Any conduct that may place another person's safety or wellbeing at risk

    Consent and Respect

Participation in the Velin Privé network does not create an obligation to communicate with, meet, or continue seeing another person.

Consent must be voluntary, informed, specific, and ongoing. It may be withdrawn at any time.

Every member is expected to respect personal boundaries, privacy, and a person's decision not to continue an interaction.

    Meeting Safely

When meeting someone for the first time, we encourage you to:

    • Meet in a public place
    • Tell a trusted person where you are going
    • Arrange your own transport
    • Keep control of your personal belongings
    • Avoid sharing sensitive financial or identity information
    • Leave immediately if you feel uncomfortable or unsafe

    Our Role

Velin Privé facilitates introductions but cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, statements, conduct, compatibility, or background of every person.

Members remain responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to communicate with or meet another individual.

    Report a Safety Concern

Please contact us if you experience or become aware of:

    • Threatening, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour
    • Suspected fraud or impersonation
    • Unwanted sexual conduct or harassment
    • A possible underage applicant or member
    • A privacy or confidentiality breach
    • A risk of exploitation or physical harm
    • Any other conduct that may violate these standards

    How to Report

To submit a report, contact us at concierge@velinprive.info with the subject line 'Safety Report'.

    Please include, where possible:

    • Your name and contact details
    • The name of the person involved
    • A description of what happened
    • The date and approximate time of the incident
    • Relevant screenshots, messages, or other supporting information
    • Whether you believe anyone is currently in immediate danger

    Confidentiality

You may ask us to handle your report as confidentially as reasonably possible. However, we may need to share limited information where necessary to investigate a concern, protect another person, comply with the law, or respond to an immediate safety risk.

    What Happens After a Report

We review safety reports individually and may request additional information.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

    • Document and assess the concern
    • Contact the people involved
    • Pause or restrict an account or application
    • Refuse or terminate access to our services
    • Preserve relevant records
    • Refer the matter to an appropriate authority where legally required or necessary to address a serious safety risk

    Outcomes and Disclosures

Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular outcome. Our response will depend on the information available, the seriousness of the concern, and our legal obligations.

We may not be able to disclose the details of an investigation or any action taken concerning another person.

    Immediate Danger

Velin Privé is not an emergency service.

If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the police, emergency services, or an appropriate local support organisation in your country before contacting us.

Do not rely on a website report or email when urgent assistance is required.

    Privacy

Information submitted in connection with a safety report will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.

We aim to limit access to safety reports to people who need the information to review and respond to the concern.

    Updates to This Page

We may update these Safety & Reporting standards to reflect changes to our services, legal obligations, or safety practices.
